Chartreuse Verdant Lady Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

• 3 tablespoons gin
• 1  lime juice
• 1 ½ teaspoons simple syrup
• 1 teaspoon Green Chartreuse
• 4 large mint leaves, plus a sprig for garnish (optional)
  ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

• In a cocktail shaker combine the gin, lime juice, simple syrup, chartreuse, and mint leaves.
• Add enough ice cubes to fill the shaker halfway.
• Shake vigorously for 30 seconds, then strain into a coupe.
• Garnish with a mint sprig and serve.
